Court, Parole, and Probationary Program

Our Chaplain's office will work with you to coordinate diversionary sentencing or services upon release from incarceration for non-violent, non-sex offenders. At our residential facilities, we offer Recovery Support Services including relapse prevention, anger management, pastoral support and case management, drug screening, and basic education.

The conditions of participation in our diversionary or post-incarceration program can be tailored according to your needs. We will provide regular reports concerning your offender's status, to include drug screening and reporting at the frequency you determine. If you require periodic in-person reporting, we will provide the offender transportation to your location and accompany them as needed. You may also visit our facilities as often as you wish.

We provide housing, transportation, and employment services as well. There is no cost for our program for those who are unemployed; upon employment, we ask participants to reimburse approximately one-third of the cost of their care, on a sliding-scale basis capped at $125 per week. Transportation costs to and from work are provided at $5.00 per round trip regardless of distance; transportation related to medical, court, legal, or other non-work related appointments is provided at no charge.

If needed we can require that participants who have fines or restitution to pay do so by payroll withholding; Lighthouse can make direct payment to the related court or agency. We are a multi-state child support reporting employer, and withhold and pay child support to the respective Office of Child Support Enforcement in each case.

The outcomes we seek are intended to provide stability and diminish the likelihood of recidivism:

Commitment to a drug/alcohol free lifestyle and establisment of a personalized relapse prevention plan;

Development of appropriate work skills, money habits, and stable full-time employment;

Establishment of an approved housing plan;

Establishment of aftercare support in a recovery or faith community prior to program completion; and

Satisfaction of all requirements imposed by the referring agency.
